家庭煮婦的日常 3

某日的午餐 - 小蘿蔔 (radish), 甘荀, 薯仔沙律, 配煎肉餅, 牛油果.

先將牛肉粹用salt and pepper 搞拌, 再放約咗30 分鐘. 30分鐘後, 將用碎壓成肉餅, 再煎, 便完成.

之後將小蘿蔔, 甘荀, 薯仔切成粒, 再放入水中滾到八成熟便可. 隔去水份, 加入少量basil 香料, 沙律醬 (I used the spinach cream this time), pepper and salt, 再搞拌便可.

因牛油果會氧化, 所以要留到最後一個step 才切牛油果拌碟.


Ingredients: 小蘿蔔, 甘荀, 薯仔, 牛油果, 牛肉粹, Spinach Cream
