DIY Chocolate for Valentine’s Day

I went to a friend’s home this early morning, we made truffles together, and also some “readymade chocolate”(what I mean here is the chocolate that we just melted them and put the liquefied chocolate into a mould n resized/reshaped them).

Making the truffles, we need to add cream and butter into the melted chocolate. After mixing them, we have to put them into the freezer again. When u see the mixing stuff has became hard, then u can take it out and use a spoon to scratch on the chocolate, at the same time, use ur other hand to take out the chocolate pieces/chips tht u have scratched, put it on ur palm. Ur body temperature will melt the chocolate, u have to roll them into a small ball at this moment, after making them into a ball shape, put them onto the choco powder. It’s done!

Here is the Chinese version of the truffle recipe: http://www.christinesrecipes.com/2011/02/lindt-chocolate-truffles.html
