759 阿信屋全效足健貼

以前只懂竹酢和田保健貼, 看到阿信屋有出自家的袪濕足貼當然要試一試吧! 

在盒子上看到, 這款足貼是韓國造的. 盒子上的説明說可以把足貼貼到身體的其他位置, 但我沒有試過貼到身體其他部位上. 

打開後, 看到一盒足貼內有十塊, 可以用5次呢~

足貼打開後, 把膠布上的紙撕下, 再將足貼有字的一邊貼到膠布上. 貼到腳底下, 便OK了! 

我每次都是在睡覺前才貼上的, 到第二天的早上便把足貼拿下. 拿下後要用濕紙巾把敷腳貼的位置抹乾淨.

看看, 足貼濕着了, 身體多余的水份排出了.

每次用後, 腿部都感覺輕鬆了. 現在, 老公有時候也會自己用足貼, haha~ 

不知為何, 在冬天貼足貼後, 睡得特別甜呢!

P.S. 本人有每天用lotion 的習慣, 但用足貼前記得不要在腳上用lotion 噢! 不然膠布便黏不穩.

Nightingale 17 Amino Capsule Non-wash Perfume Treatment 氨基酸膠囊免洗護髮調理乳

數個月便到salon 染頭髪, 每次都有做焗油, 頭髪最後還是開叉又旱. 雖然每天在洗髪後都用上髪尾油, 但治標不治本.

在阿信屋看到Nightingale 的氨基酸膠囊護髮調理乳, 聽說可以修復頭髪中的氨基酸, 買來試試吧!

一盒有十支, 十支15ml, 共有2款不同的香味.

看到頭髪的毛燥立刻被撫平, 效果非常明顯!

最好的是, 我用了氨基酸膠囊護髮調理乳2個星期多, 在洗完頭髪後, 不會再像以前一樣用過洗髪液後會把前天用的髪尾油洗掉. 反而, 頭髪比以前更易梳開, 又不像髪尾油會容易令頭髪太 “油膩”. I do apply it with wet hair sometimes, and I don't see any different between dry or wet hair.

它的壞處是味道有點太大, 有點  salon 的treatment味道, 很俗…… 所以建議在上街前半小時多前用, 令味道可以散去點.

Another friend of mine gave me a sheet of nail sticker from Tokyo, I will try it next week :)

I had the eye masks with my husband last night (he requested as he loved this eye mask, haha)

We wore it on our rabbit after we finished. 

It's so lovely!

Garlic Bread

早上, 在櫥房裏搜索一番, 找到了一條 baguette, 蒜頭及 cheddar cheese. 於是跟老公焗了些garlic bread.

我們將baguette 切成小塊, 蒜頭切成蒜蓉, cheddar cheese 切成小塊. 在麵包上塗上適量牛油, 把蒜蓉放上, 最後才把cheddar cheese 放在最上.

把麵包放到焗爐用220高溫焗15分鐘分鐘.

焗完後再放上些香料在最上面, 完成了!

Little Burro

中午時, 朋友突然有工作在身, 不能附約吃午飯.

自己一個走着, 走着. 在中環電梯附近看到一家吃墨西哥卷的餐廳, 星期一至五都有午市優惠套餐, 星期五是一個魚burrito 配 nachos 的套餐, only for HK$58, 便買了一個回公司.

有點喜出望外, 因為burrito 中有2條炸魚, 但wrap 太薄, 不能用手拿來吃, 需要用叉子吃. 十分美味~

另外,  Nachos 的顏色很特別, 不同顔色的nachos 味道及囗感亦不同. 深紫色的較另外兩款硬, 食出來有點芋頭味, 而紅色的, 吃不出甚麼味道. Nachos的size 比平常的大0.5 倍. Nachos 配上一盒牛油果醬,吃的時候點上醬汁, 十分好吃. 

相信, 以後會再光顧, 不過waitress 的服務態度不太友善......

Had lunch with my friend yesterday, she gave me a box of nectarines, haha.

She told me that she will be a bridesmaid and she is losing weight.

曾外出修甲, 每次收費到不下HK$200.

自己做到的, 為何要付錢!?

今次試了前幾天買的 Innisfree 指甲油 (color code: 151).

Step 1: 塗上1層Nicole by OPI 的3 in 1 Base, Top Coat & Strengthener

Step 2 : 塗上2層 Innisfree Eco Nail Color Pro 151

Step 3 : 待乾後, 再貼上美甲貼

Step 4 : 塗上2-3 層Nicole by OPI 的Quick Dry Top Coat (我通常只用塗一層, 但為了令美甲貼更持久不易撕下, 唯有多塗1-2層)

完成了, 朋友看到到說弄得很美=]

Business Jacket DIY

I bought a new jacket in Mongkok which was on big sale for HKD 150.

I wont be picky this time, I rather DIY, then no one knows that it is from MK, lol

The buttons look quite "MK" although the cutting is so good, so I try to mix and match the buttons which I have at home and also cut the ornaments on the shoulder side. Actually, the ornaments on shoulder are fine, but the buttons are so "MK", I rather take them away.

Does it look much elegant for an office lady? 

Oenobiol Topslim 3 En 1

I started my Oenobiol Topslim 3 En 1 journal again! I am getting fatter and fatter after Christmas and CNY, I don't have time to do exercise after work...... >,<
